Refund Policy


A full refund may be requested within the first 30 days after purchase with the following exceptions:

  • If any or all of a product (“Service”, “Package”) has been redeemed, no refund will be issued.
  • There will be no refunds issued for request made greater than 30 days past the purchase date.

You can expect your refund within 1 weeks from the date you request the refund. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 1 weeks for processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is processed we will send you an email with your refund details.
